so I have a 2004 grand Cherokee. has about 100k on it. I have a weird rubbing/grinding noise coming from the front axle. Its cyclical and occurs about roughly every 10 ft or so. is most prominent between 20-35mph and when in float (foot of gas costing in gear) and goes away as speed increases or when you accelerate. Nothing feels loose. Its been doing it a while, 2years and 25 or 30k. It not horribly loud just annoying.
Jeep has quadra trac 2 no limited slips, 4.6 v8 (not ho) and standard axels.
Anyone have any ideas or do i just wait till it spits parts.
