2003 TJ New Owner Questions

Hello, I bought a 2003 Sahara last night. The check engine light is on and it has multiple codes.
My first question is how many of those codes could be caused by removing the catalytic converter?
Those that are set by the cat being removed, is there a way to clear them permanently?

Thanks in advance!

Here's a list of what the codes mean:

Many of them are related to O2 sensors, which are related to the cat con. The way to cure those is to re-install a proper cat con and O2 sensors.
Not all of the codes are related to that. Some are errors from other sensors and injectors.

AFAIK, there is no way to permanently disable these codes on a TJ.
