2000 4.0 misfires

It misfires only at start up, it actually smokes and trips codes for upstream o2 and map sensor. I have already replaced them and payed jeep 400 bucks and the problem is still there. They are now looking at the wiring harnes saying that it is a short in the wiring somewhere.
any ideas on this?

Well, I just sent mine to the shop for a misfire, and it turned out that we did not have the plug wires all the way on. Might wanna check that first. Although the plugs were properly seated on mine by all appearances and fit, they were not. The 2.5L works great when all 4 cylinders work and not just the 2 I had! Oh yeah, another part of my problem was both of my crankshaft sensors were bad.
Its like a (silly censor)roach, the Wrangler - you can't kill it And now there's a four door. Joy.
