2.5l crank pulley HELP!?

Im trying to pull the crank pulley off of a 99 tj 2.5l... I have the puller installed but I have run into some issues. I had a hard time keeping the motor from turning at first, but after putting it in 4H 2nd gear and ebrake I seem to have that taken care of. I think... as far as the puller is concerned, everything is lubed up and I know that I have the right bolts installed. This pulley just doesnt want to come off! Any help from you guys would be great so thanks ahead for the input!!
