1995 Grand Cherokee front end roar

Hello all,
I have my jeep is making a roaring noise when in motion. I Currently have in up on jack stands and when I have it running and in drive the noise starts right away. If we stop both front tires it stops, if we release one OR the other it starts again. I have removed the differential cover and see nothing obviously wrong. I have replaced Both CV axles and the front driveshaft. Suggestions please. Im thinking wheel bearings. The passenger side will shake just ever so slightly and the driver side not at all. and with the noise starting reguardless of which wheel is moving has me puzzled.
thanks for reading.

Wheel bearings maybe. But with the suspension unloaded as you say that noise usually goes away when on jacks. You could try your previous process without the wheels and tires installed, especially if you have say some 33s or 35s on there. That will definitely take the load off of the hubs to see if it will quiet down. This may help you to better isolate the source of the "Roar"
