1988 Wrangler- Fuel Filter Location??

I just purchased a 1988 Wrangler the thing is sweet no rust less the 100k on it, just replaced the exhuast manifold, the guy I got it from gave.me a new fuel pump and sock, when I put some miles on it in one trip it bogs right out in any gear like its running out of gas. I'm almost positive its either the fuel pump or the filter, probly both. Where the heck is the filter located???

The filter is under your jeep rear driver side there should be a small skid cover specifically for the filter. It's kinda hard to get to.
