Been sometime since I updated. Last weekend installed a 6 inch Rustys off-road lift and have it sitting on 38.5x16x16.5 swamper tsls

The truck has stock gears still but I have the Quadratrac transfer case with low range option.

Stock being what?
The oversized tires will throw your gearing off, causing poor performance as well as added strain on the drivetrain.

I believe it has 3.54 stock. But this is not a daily driver it's a mud truck

Had this old Dick Cepek light bar laying around so I cut 6 inches off of it to fit the width of the Honcho
