What Have You Done To Your Jeep Today?

To go along with "What did you do to your (TJ/YJ/CJ/JK/LJ/XJ/MJ/ZJ/WJ/WK/XK/KJ/KK) today" but intended to be for Jeeps Gone Wild folks.

I know a lot of us have posted in the other areas but I don't always notice them so I figured we could start our own area in here.

After our run Saturday at the Badlands I changed the fluid in my transmission with Redline MT-90 and the fluid in my transfer case with Valvoline AT+4 synthetic.

What have you done?

You arent swapping the MT/Rs back and forth?

I drove mine for a change. There is a pile of parts on my bench waiting to go on. (Aussie for D30, Spicer Balljoints, ALLOY USA Xjoints etc.)

I put a new O2 sensor on it as well.

No, they rubbed!!! I was a bit disappointed. I measured the tires; the AT's are 29.5" dia; the MT/Rs are 30.5" & they rubbed when I turned. The guy at RC said it's because I probably don't have enough backspacing on my rims, so I'll probably get some spacers for them. Then, I got a flat coming home Saturday, so it's time to replace those. The AT's were pretty warn anyway; I was hoping to get through the summer with them. Oh well, it's only money.

All you have to do is throw a few washers on your steering stops! I ran like that for a long time and you can't even tell the difference. What happened to the YJ street tires? I can find plenty of other things to spend that money on!

You forgot to add the LJ to the list..

My axle shaft is soooo loud! that everyone a halb a block away turns to see what the heck is coming down the road!! LOL i need to order a new one, AGAIN!
Install new rear bumper with shackle mounts on the XJ (the stock one is at the Badlands scrap pile!) and waiting to install this weekend.. a new CB, Rusty's adjustable sway bar and 1'' spacers for the front.
