I like low pro's on my sports cars. They offer a stiffer sidewall that flexes less while cornering. This ultimately improves handling, however it comes at the cost of ride comfort. Then again I run low pros on my Mustang, my Camaro, etc... They're sports cars designed and built for performance driving.
Now my Jeep is not. It has a high center of gravity, a narrow track width, and short wheelbase. All of which do jot promote stability at high speed, or high speed cornering. Therefore low profile tires on a Jeep is a waste. It defeats the purpose of the vehicle....
