Had the zj at 110 goin downhill the other day and it shifted up (didnt even know it had another gear to go) made it to 115 before the governor kicked in, proly could do 125-135 but not sure if i wanna see that in a jeep.

Your 4.0 ZJ is not doing 125mph, let alone 135mph

I like see how fast i can go while slipping and keep controll about 35-40 mph and i am tottaly comfortable.

haha yall will think im liein but 100/103 in my tj after 8 miles and the gas guage dropped like i had a leak and there was no wobble it felt real nice soon there will be a 350 in it tho so hoping a higher acceleration instead of top speed.

Misread your title assuming it was a grand cherokee. It stated 4.0 for your XJ so I don't know how I mixed em

Anyways, with the 5.2, 120+ is definitely more plausible.

idk how fast ive ever went im my jeep cause my speed odometer stops at 85 but i almost got it three quarters of the way to zero after 85.

Have not taken it over 70.. IMO it is just not safe. I do not think they were designed for that purpose.
