IIRC, I was clocked at almost 70MPH in 4Low with my SBC/th350/D300 and 3.54 gears. I won't say at what RPM that was

Yeah, but what it has in speed it lacks in off road ability.

I've always wanted to have a few Jeeps set up for different things. I want to have a lowrider, I want to have a race Jeep, and I want to have a drag Jeep. That's along with my DD Jeep and my Buggy Jeep.

I thought about putting an IFS like a Mustang 2 front end on, wider front tires, and making it handle like a sports car. (Technically my Jeep is midengine, since the motor is set back entirely behind the front axle, and the weight distribution is a perfect 50/50.)

My Top Speed..

I did 107mph on the A3 (Autobahn) going back home in the Regensburg area. I drive a 2002 Jeep Liberty Limited. I routinely drive faster than 95mph otherwise it looks like I'm not even moving

Why? Do you not drive faster than that or are you having fuel issues? Your gearing is perfect.

It's just the gearing. Note I have the auto trans (yuck). It's geared perfectly for 35's but Im still running 33's. At 57 I'm doing about 2850 rpm in 3rd gear in the auto. I COULD go faster but I don't like when the rpms get up to 3200-3500, that makes me nervous.

Now you got me wondering!?!?! This is normal right? Having the auto trans, 2600 should be my target which 35's should do. I don't think I have a fuel issue, a lot of other issues at the moment, but my motor has always been super reliable.

Yeah after I posted I noticed you have the auto. The auto sucks up a lot of power and you lose two gears.

I don't like going over 3k rpm either. I shift at 2.5k.
