Never actually put "the pedal to the metal" I should try it sometime when getting on an on ramp, I bet the 4.0 will growl alot

I'd estimate 120 in my old XJ, 95 in my current TJ on 31's lol

i did 115 in mine, ofcourse that was on the stock rims and tires.
now the fastest ive gone on the new set-up is 90mph

the fastest ive been is 90 i didnt want to go any faster, and my 33's are only rated to 95 mph. but the 5.2 has some get up an go.

In overdrive in 2 high, top speed is about 58mph.

Never been over 80mph in my TJ so far, I get my need for speed from my other baby. I like saving gas in this one.

i've done 82 according to the gps that was on my dash. 98 tj with 33s and stock gears.

Back when I was a stupid reckless kid (about 2 years ago) I hit 118 according to GPS. Not the smartest thing to do on a 4.5" lift and 33's... Don't try it!

Speedometer maxed out at 85 in a stock XJ... though my speedometer seems to estimate I go about 5-10 mph faster than I actually am, I was probably just going about 75, maybe 80.
