When I have a long way to go I usually stay at a stable 75mph (hey, everyone else goes it). It shakes violently starting at 70, so I should probably stop. The highest I have gotten was just below 90, never hit it.

Ive hit 100 in my xj but i like to keep it under 75 because once you hit 80, it sucks gas.

I've bounced off the speed limiter several times which hits at 115 mph in my 99 XJ. The stroker makes that speed limiter appear pretty darn quick. I can cruise at 110 effortlessly in 5th gear.

Well just learned my speed-O-Meter is off 3 MPH woohoo, and im stock too. Oh well top speed is now only 81 or 80 or somthing lol

I took mine to like 115-120 and THOUGHT I was video taping it and when I pushed the button again it was on camera. DAMN

my ZJ cuise's at 75 around 1700 rpm. heck I can tow at 70mph with Over drive off at 2200 RPM. but the fastest Ive done is about 85-90.

I had my 96 at 3k in 5th gear. The speedo was vertically upside down. I dont know how fast that was.
