I don't race in fear of snaping my axle, and I am not in a hurry to get anywhere, but my Jeep is faster than anyone going slower than the speed limit as long as we are not on a big hill.

an automatic S2k? really? my dad has one but unfortunatly im not aloud to drive his pretty honda to know how fast it is but losing to a jeep, thats About as disapointing and hard to believe that theres an automatic s2k. I guess with a dumb driver not pushing the car, anythings possible haha.

On topic, mines faster than walking.. Oh and my old 4runner, thats about it..

You're correct that there were no auto S2000's, but they aren't really that fast. Probably a mid-low 14 second car with "most" drivers.

My '91 YJ 2.5L is faster than a pedestrian. But I'm a fuel consumption conscious driver since it's my commuter.

I wasted a friend's 07 Pontiac G6 3.5 V6. He got about a 2/3rds length head start (my reaction time sucked), and after that, he didn't pass me until 80 He's still sore about losing to a Jeep.

if I still had 3rd gear, I'm sure i could have pulled away from my buddies '90 chevy 1500 (5.7) with my '90 xj. He just barely crept away from me at top end though....
