The TJ APEX was made only one year. It's a cooler version of the "X" package. They made them in '02. They have a sloping hood decal with the word "APEX" written at the front, and a burnt orange leather interior, and factory Jeep chrome wheels. Other than that they were pretty basic TJ's. D35, D30...4.0

That website says that a WJ with the 4.7 is as quick as a ZJ with the 5.9.... bull****. I have a 5.2 and I destroy my friend's Durango without even trying... and he tied against my other friend in his '00 XJ.... those 4.7's have no power.

They might be reffereing to the 4.7 H.O.'s, they have some more grunt and are near or on level with 5.9's.

I know from experience Im faster than a 90 4runner, V6 with 1 passenger and I had 2 passengers. And an old Nissan pickup 4cyl hahah.

ummmm, 88 celebrity (lol poor poor gf =/), another 95 XJ, obviously a few civs, i did get blown off the road like i was sitting still by my dads 05 silverado....literally i thought my jeep died (as it i thought i wasnt moving) by how fast he left me....lots of others but those are highlights.

05 chevy equinox 96 pathfinder w/ 5speed, 96 blazer s10, more then a few civics, a few tj's, and all of my friends jk's. I did get my *** handed to me yesterday by an srt8 gc, but i'm kind of okay with that, i kept up with him until we hit 60, and then he pulled away....very very quickly.

i think its faster then my 87 n/a supra. but then again its slow, and heavy anyway. its a 3.0 vs 4.0 now if it had a head like my supra did it would be really fast.
