What will it take to get a 4.0L XJ into the mid 14's?

I've just recently purchased a 95xj, after selling my 13 sec Pontiac Grand Prix GTP to my bro. The Jeep fits my lifestyle a lot better, since I'm always going to the mountains.
I'd really like to get a little of that get up feeling back, and having a sleeper cherokee would be awesome.
SO.... after searching quite a few threads I have a very general idea. I'm looking for a recommended list of parts to buy, in whatever order you feel is best to do. I plan on doing this project one month at a time, or one mod per month.

What I've done so far:

1. K&N CAI
2. Cat-back flowmaster 40.

What I have coming up:

1. APN header
2. 2.5" piping to cat

SO,, what else is needed?

1. Rocker kit
2. Reprogrammed computer
3. TBS
4. Ported TB

These are a few ideas I have, but I know it will take a bit more.
Links to specific parts would help too!

Thanks everyone.

cam with rockers??

Nitrous is a no go. Too ricey for me. If it takes nitrous to hit any 14 1/4 miles,, than i will go with a stroker.

Thanks for the ideas though. and links... i know where the rockers are.. rusty's. where else do you guys buy your goods?

I'd say stock XJ's can run any where from low 16's to low 17's....Dependant on the options of course.

I know a AW-4, 2wd, Renix 89' comanche with only a CAI ran a 16.4...So a light cherokee with an ax-15 and the HO motor should run a decent deal faster.

Well, i can tell you what it takes to run a mid 15. Air intake, 60 mm tb, apn, 99+ intake, flowmaster 40 catback, and delete the clutch fan. With all this, I can actually edge out my gf's car by a half a car. She has a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT that does the 1/4 in 15.4 and 0-60 in 7.0 sec.

Yup, and 4wd with power everything. So I have the heaviest stock one. I also forgot to mention my lighter wheels and ghetto gearing (~3.65) that would help me go faster.

Bah. with a decent turbo setup on the stock motor, I'd be willing to bet you could get into the 13's.
