what shocks are best for my jeep

Ive been looking online and I seen all types of brands and I'm not sure exactly which ones are better than others and I have a 3 inch lift

Your profile is not complete so we have no idea what kind of jeep you have. What's your budget? Shocks are generally something where you get what you pay for. You can spend anywhere from from $30-40 a corner up to $1000+ a corner for shocks.

Its a 2005 jeep wrangler tj with 3in lift nd im just looking for now and buy end of year i want to get something that i can just go over speed bumps and like ruff roads nd not bounce too crazy goin simi fast lol

OK, a TJ! Good start.

How much you want to spend though is the key. The more you spend with shocks the happier you are likely to be.

If you go over to the TJ Tech section and use the search function you will find hundreds of threads talking about different shock quality. Bilsteins are reasonably popular around here, although I'd never run them. Rancho 9000s I'd say are a good low to medium priced shock. If you have the cash Fox makes some great options and there are custom tune options available for them.
