had once my jeep at 100 mph, maybe even faster, but doesnt like high speeds for longer time, the engines losing oil and coolingliquid so for fast travel the jeep us useless.
anyway, i said always, a jeep is to drive were an normal car can't get, want to go faster? buy and sporty car and not an 4x4

From what starting speed? A lightly modded 5.9 ZJ won't hit 100 in a 1/4 from a standing start.

x2 mine hit 91 or 92 in the 1/4...granted that was with a baby start (transfer case linkage was loose). Does said wrangler have a SBC or something in it??

I have no interest in finding the top speed of my jeep. I prefer not to go out like that.

It was from a standing start. Dead stop, light brake torque, release brakes and floor it and hang on . Actually hit 104 mph
