Think of it as a really stable motorcycle. Likely same power/weight ratio.

Seeing the videos on this jeep has brought back some good memories... one of the favorite jeeps I owned... A 1976 Jeep CJ-5 with a 'mild' small block Chevy 400 in it. One of the fastest street cars in Daytona for a while (at least up to about 120mph (theoretically of course... would NEVER do that on the street)). It would twist over and lift the left front tire every time. Although I had a full cage and racing harnesses... figured if I ever rolled it, it wouldn't come to a stop for the next 1/4 mile.

... and yes, that picture was taken early on before some 'high class' plastic racing bucket seats were added and the harnesses. I did run with just a lap belt initially, and it was scary when the windshield started bouncing off the roll cage at high speeds!

I honestly didn't realize the speeds I was running the first few passes I made at the track. I've thought about buckets, but the stock type seats I have now are just too comfortable!
