Think of it as a really stable motorcycle. Likely same power/weight ratio.
I've also learned that sometimes... when people don't agree with you .... its best to hold them down and kidney punch them till they agree with you

my dad built one just like this back in the day, vetter trans, rear end...everything was vette...was pretty wicked. he didnt do the safty part for it nether but then again he babied he for show and sunday drives. Some black guy bought he from him for his sons DD....1 week later the boy was draggin and missed a hair pin turn n the jeep flipped ontop of him and made him a grease stain

Seeing the videos on this jeep has brought back some good memories... one of the favorite jeeps I owned... A 1976 Jeep CJ-5 with a 'mild' small block Chevy 400 in it. One of the fastest street cars in Daytona for a while (at least up to about 120mph (theoretically of course... would NEVER do that on the street)). It would twist over and lift the left front tire every time. Although I had a full cage and racing harnesses... figured if I ever rolled it, it wouldn't come to a stop for the next 1/4 mile.
... and yes, that picture was taken early on before some 'high class' plastic racing bucket seats were added and the harnesses. I did run with just a lap belt initially, and it was scary when the windshield started bouncing off the roll cage at high speeds!
