Keep checking ebay; you're bound to find one. Also look for a Xenarc
X1010 Auxiliary HID Kit. It's quite good, and it's DOT/ street legal.

that's a foolish law. I lost count the number of times my Xenons saved
me from a potential accident. I get cut-off less often because people
actually see me. I drive with more confidence at night because I can
see more of the road... further. Personally, I can't live without Xenons.
The first thing I did when I bought my step dad his WJ, was put in an
order for a proper HID retrofit (his kit isn't DOT approved, but it was
installed and aimed correctly).

lol. it's not my fault you're having trouble with HIDs (and thusly hate
them). If you find stock HIDs too bright than pay your optometrist a
visit regarding light sensitivity. If you're having trouble with people
running badly installed HIDs than I suggest you run them off the road
with your truck. Either way, it's not my fault. lol

UPDATE:
Well I didn't get a chance to buy the HID kits yet because my friend is still
looking for suppliers that might be able to beat the price I was going to
pay, BUT I did pick up the Jeep from the body shop yesterday. I had them
paint and install the projector housings. I'm going to keep the projectors
in the basement until I get the HID kit. Anyways, here's some lousy pics lol

I paid my buddy for two H3C 4300k HID kits two weeks ago (I'm doing two separate Jeep foglight retros)... Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for them to arrive.

It's funny you asked about updates because I dropped him a line a few hours ago. The timing is starting to work against me, because I'm in the middle of a move right now, so I hope they arrive soon.

RSW in Germany made a very subtle aero kit for the 97-01 XJs (looked like an AMG kit) very tasteful. Reason I am bringing this up is because I remember they also had the projector fog lights on their Jeeps. I think the kit would look really good on your Jeep. I have a poster of it here somewhere, but my scanner broke so cant share. At one time I was negotiating with them to import their autobahn-cruising Jeep gear so they sent me all their catalogs and promos.

Speaking of RSW. These foglights were made by Vestatec, and they're currently sold through RSW for 255 EUR . They were previously sold by vmaxx for ~ 400 EUR ... highway robbery to be sure, but with a little patience I was able to score mine for roughly 100 EUR (thank you ebay Germany).

The RSW website is currently under construction, and it's missing quite a few photos. I hope you can get that photo scanned somehow because I'm curious what that kit looks like (I'm not a big bodykit fan, but again.. definitely curious).

What a great looking street rig! Makes me get a 97+ fascia for my DD and this RSW kit - but no money for that. I just ordered some stuff from RSW lika a spare tire carrier for my wifes DD, didn´t know they we´re making such a body kit.

the headlights? suvlights.com

the foglights? months upon months of scouring ebay.de ( ebay Germany) along with some help from my trusty English to German translator courtesy AltaVista Babel Fish. These foglights cost about 255 EUR (350usd), but (like I mentioned before) I managed to find a Chrysler merchant clearing out a set for 100 EUR.

I'm really getting anxious to get those xenon kits (for the foglights).... my friend is missing in action with the damn kits. It's really unlike him to be this slow
