SRT-8 no doubt would win.

Me and a buddy have been arguing about this a lot. I personally think the SRT8 would win over the BMW but I could be wrong. Anyone want to give their personal input. If we had the money we would both go buy a set and actually try it.... but unfortunately we dont have that kind of money lying around.

I think the SRT8 would win against the regular 3.5 and 4.4 X5. The X5M on the other hand might be a bit different outcome.

I owned an Audi TT for awhile and recently just bought a bmw with that engine, its way faster.

I had an X5 4.4. It was pretty fast, but runs about the same numbers as my 5.7 Hemi. The SRT would probably smoke it. The 4.8 X5 could probably hang.

I read somewhere that the SRT8 beats a porsche cayenne turbo off the line i think the X5 would be in trouble, but then again the SRT8 is not designed for higher speeds like the BMW, so it depends on the race.

An srt8 jeep with longtubes/catback and tune will run with that x5m for $30k less

I had a x5 4.4 for a little while and now I have a 300c SRT8 which is just a hair faster then the JP SRT8, but the JP is fast as hell off the line. That X5 has no chance.
