it looks a little "ricey" if u ask me...

but i guess it can look ok if you do a decent job....(like no neon colors)

the first guy went a little crazy painting everything, if he wouldn't have painted the steering wheel controls i would say its nice

The second one i just love! it looks factory except for the gauges ... i love the color of that thing though

Its a matter of personnal taste. I like the way mine turned out. I didn't want it to look factory. I wanted it to be different. Hard to do in the Jeep world.

best one, I've seen to date... done in a high gloss piano black. All that's missing is a proper cd player mount.

That guy's my idol. Lifted cherokee that goes off road, but takes the time to make a VERY clean install using fiberglass and ingenuity. Two thumbs up to that guy.

impressive, that makes me want to do that to my jeep....

i am thinking about the gauge pods...air/fuel and probably another gauge...

but, i really want to do that now....

how did he get everything so smooth?

Body filler or fiberglass resin. You smooth it out, then paint it like you would paint a car.

Most likely fleece with fiberglass resin. Bondo + sanding to get it smooth.
