when i first saw the title was a lowered cj-5 i was expected the worse. i can honestly say whatever preconceived thoughts i had were wrong. you've got a sharp looking jeep. are you running the stock gauges? if not are you planning on a custom dash?

How about an update?!?!?!?!

I'm thinking about doing the same thing to my '76 CJ5, and searching the internet and I stumbled across your thread! Looks great!! I love it!

Yo bro this is awesome I have a 88 and I have the same ideas, I'd like it to be 1/4 mile worthy. I'm about to start a frame swap on my yj do u have any pointers on lowering it, and on weight reductions?

Been a long time since I posted. These photos are before the current updates-Jeep still in the shop. Installing a Chris Alston front end-r&P, coil over with dual adjustable shocks, front wheels moved forward 4 inches, engine set back 4 inches and dropped about 6. New engine built by McBetts-402 SBC pushing about 500 HP and torq, new dash, exhaust, etc.
