Nice pics. How much did you cut down and what year f150? I could just remove a leaf in the rear to lower it right? Or is that not a good idea.

sorry for so many questions. I have never gone this way with a jeep.

Thanks

dont remove a leaf.....go spring under, or get custom leaves made

for the front, it was what ever the guys use for the budget boost springs, i think i cut like 1.5 coils off

I had custom coils wound for me and made a custom leaf pack using dearched stock leaves and all new hardware.......I want to sell the rear leaves, that are installed but never used (Jeep has been a work in progress for about 10yrs now for those who dont know me), they are about 2" drop, polygraphite bushings, grease zerks on the new wear pads of each leaf, leaves were professionally dearched by a leaf spring shop, and each leaf was sanded and double coated with POR-15, graphite grease applied to each leaf and new RE straps and pins were used to hold it all together. Why am I selling: buying some high buck custom composite leaves.

BTW I also welded on brackets for spring under and had too much drop with these leaves...might go back to that height in the end but I need to trim some sheet metal to do so.

your better off going spring under, you get less wrap, and its better for the leaves in the long run

Torque bar will take care of that issue which under any potent engined vehicle is an issue regardless of leaf arc

If u have a cheap budget a 3in lift block for the rear, and coil spacers/droppers for teh front, all total 35 bucks. Or you cut ur front coils. If you don't want to do that. You can buy some new front coils.
