I did it today, took me about an hour. It looks good but not like a horrible road scrapping crapper. I havent been able to test the limits, but it feels more capable.

4.6 stroker, 2wd, 5spd, larger sway bars front and rear, 3.55s, KJ 16's.

Projected date of completion - lol

you can go more then 2" in the front. the axle sitting on the bump stops is still 3 or 4 inches from the oilpan. i swapped in tj coils then cut out one coil from the bottom. cutting the coil out only changes the ride height not the spring rate. the only time i hit the bumps in the front is when i hit a hugh pot hole or rr tracks. as far as the rear i cut the lenght of the leafs down to match the next one..

Ok so how much do you need to cut of the ford springs i think if you did a spring under on a Cherokee it would be to low and would need to buy lift springs
