I dont think the word Jeeper applies to me. Ive modified it moderately/a lot but not in the off-road direction. Its only 2wd and its always been kept in too nice of condition to start throwing it around trails. When I first got it I didnt care, but now I can still see the damage. Pisses me off everyday, but thats most likely due to my personality. 3 out of the four times I took it off road, it got stuck. Blame 2wd, street tires, or offroad inexperience, but that was enough for me. Now its strictly street, and it does a good job at it. I love my Jeep to death, but I dont think of myself as a Jeeper.
I know real Jeeps are 4wd, but there isnt much to choose from being a Mopar guy looking for something cheap with power and rwd. 2wd XJs were a decent fit for their time and my situation. But Id like to find an area to live where the outdoors are enjoyable (read: its fricken hot outside in south Fl) and go crazy building a 4wd Jeep.
4.6 stroker, 2wd, 5spd, larger sway bars front and rear, 3.55s, KJ 16's.
Projected date of completion - lol
