I Really like the SUB! Is this housing homemade, or an XJ POD with a decent Infinity woofer put in?

Dude you havent seen a crazy stereo. my buddy just put 3 12 kicker CVX's pushing 4500 watts. Alpine type r's in the doors type-s 's in the back and an Alpine DVD touchscreen. I will get some pics when i can. He broke his latch on his hatch so it wont open right now.

unfortunately, JL Audio doesn't make these enclosures anymore. I spent quite some time tracking one down on ebay. Its definitely not an XJ-POD... they're considerably smaller, and built for an 8" sub. The stealthbox is a 10" enclosure.

lolol... 4500w ? Peak power doesn't mean anything. Whats the RMS wattage ?

Looking for a great place to stealth mount an Amp in my 91 Cherokee
Any suggestions.. I dont want it in the rear deck, as I carry stuff there, any good/great ideas>?

Here we go ...

My nice clean cockpit. The dash and cupholder are painted; the pinstripes are the peel-n-stick pinstripes from the autoparts store. Tweeters on the A pillar. And the extra panel under the steering wheel conceals my Alpine EQ. No pics of the gauges lit ... they won't sit still long enough for me to take a shot.

AC panel, and my head unit.

Rockford Fosgates in the front doors (2, 6.5" Pioneers in the hatch but somehow I never got around to taking pictures of those ...)

Preparing the cubbyhole for the 10" long-throw 800w sub ...

"Building" the sub ...

Sub built and installed, trim done, custom look (did it all myself).

6 Channel and Mono amps (Profile brand)

Finished, protected and concealed in a clutter-free trunk!

My pics were taken during different stages of the metamophosis of my XJ, so there might be little things that look different in different shots. But it's all put together now.

For now.
