acceleration delay...

Ive got a super 40 catback, header, k&n fipk, 60mm TB, accel coil, mallory wires, and ngk plugs. For some reason if i am driving along at speed, then mash the pedal down close to WOT or all the way to WOT, it hesitates, slows down, then comes kicking in like a bat out of hell. Why is it hesitating like that? Anyone know? Do i need to screw with the computer? Just wondering why it bogs down. Figure this pile of parts should be a great combo, and it is, but only after it hesitates first haha. Any help would be great. Not sure what im missing.

Mine is starting to hesitate from a stop sometimes.

Feels like its starving for fuel, id imagine now is about the time a fuel pump would take a dump on me.

anyone know where to find a good write up on how to build an adjustable map sensor? ive been doing alot of reading and it seems like that would fix the problems ive been having with surging/bucking under high loads/wot. ive tried a few links and google but nothing comes up for how to build the thing.
