Can not stop wondering what the hell was in those springs on the first post!

I am not sure what they are called. But from what I could figure out was that they were used because the stock front springs where loosing there bounce so they put those in to stiffen it up a little. I still have them in a tool box somewhere along with the blocks that came off the rear.

Had some fun down at the beach today with family and a good friend. I am waiting for him to get the pics he took of me. Was very impressed with the Jeep today, not a single hiccup.

awesome dude. you dont happen to have a link to the site where you bought the lights? I'll definitely order a bar or two.

Also side note, what did your wife's grandparents need a lifted XJ for?

I got the lights from Hanma. There is a thread all about them. http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f177/...-bars-1467932/

They were living on a river in the hill country of Texas and used it around there property. It was a lot easier for them to drive and control compared to the 4 wheeler they had.

Brown santa brought gifts of joy today. A 60" Hi Lift Jack. Now time to figure a way to mount to the roof basket.

Just ordered the Iron Rock Offroad Hack 'n tap SYE. Also rebuilt a front DS I picked up with some Spicer U-joints. I don't have to much in the way of vibes but it will be nice to get it done and get rid of the transfer case drop.

Just got back from a fun weekend of beach camping with the wife and kids. We met up with a small group from a local Jeep club here in Houston.
