Machining some bumper mounts because cherokee.

Also my 8.25 shall be lincon locked this week if I can do it after work.

Yeah, but not sure how you'll like it in a DD. You get used to it after a while. Everyone will freak out when you make a turn. It's kind if funny.

I think it will be alright I am going to just weld 2 spiders together so I can take it apart for the winter.

It won't last long like that. Why would you take it back apart? You can fully weld it up and still take the c clips out.

Weld up all the spiders and weld the side gears to the carrier. It will never break. I did mine with my 110!

Its not much fun on a DD if you care about tire wear, been there with my old '96. But awful hard to beat being welded offroad.

Yeah, see, you can't really "kinda" weld it. It's a full commitment. You either fully weld it up or don't. "Kinda" welding it will be an automatic explosion...

I dunno then I think it would be alright for driving around town and seeing how I like it. After that i will most likely weld

lol I do know. My bud welded the 8 points of the spider gears with a 220 cranked up and it broke about 10 minutes after he drove it out of the garage.
