no its the crusader series bumper, you guys installed the rear crusaders bumper for production on it. It was the white 96 you used for mock up and i got the matching front crusaders bumper

Are the Unibody Tie-inBrackets offered by JCR the same thing as the c-rok Outside Frame Plate?

My all time favorite XJ front bumper is this custom one: Link I like it because it flows with the factory fender flares. The new JCR crusader series front bumper isn't bad though, that would be next on my list.

I like the JCR bumper with just the hoop. Protects the radiatior, looks clean, you can add lights easily, built like a tank for recovery.

It doesn't offer a lot of protection from impacts on the side, but that **** is easy to replace anyways.

I have a JCR DIY I am building, and thinking of putting a set of Dirbound bars on it... Why stick with just one place/ JCR had the bumper I wanted, but DB has a very nice setup for brush guards...

Personally, I like the fact that JCR's stuff isn't finished. It is really hard to find bumpers that are the color I want them to be. I don't want a black bumper like everyone sells. I want mine red with an undercoating of bed liner and if I bought a finished bumper it would be a lot more work for me to paint it red.

Well... I just pulled the trigger and ordered a JCR bumper. I ended up getting the Jeep Cherokee XJ Front PreRunner Bumper, 2" Receiver, Unibody Tie-inBrackets, 3/4" D-rings and a steering spacer.

Now I have to decide how to finish it. I'm leaning toward Line-X. I think I should be able to get it done for about $150.

However, just today I re-mounted my stock bumper and end caps after trimming and spray painting them flat black (I did satin black first but did not like it at all). I'll probably see how the Krylon holds up before I decide.

Got mine used from a guy here on the forum then my wife bought me the upper hoop for christmas. She thinks my Jeep is "sexy". I think the non winch version is around $400 with no extras.

I had the same idea. The Dirtbound brush guard looks pretty mean, but, I like the JCR bumper better.
