Due to the weight of my speaker box I have 1" lift shackles, but I'm level...almost. I still have the littlest bit of rake goin' on.

I agree. I have an extra inch in the back. It usually levels out when I pack it full of people and gear.

IDK about 1997xj, but with a 4.0 and a 5spd I was told I have 3.07's. Wouldn't this make my higher speeds more obtainable. 2500 is wrapped out on mine. At 3000, I'll blow a hose if I keep it there too long.

You can use an online gear ratio calculator to give you a ball park idea on what you might have.

YKYDAXJW you don't have time to sell your other 2 cars cause you are always working on your XJ.

I'm not saying we should kill stupid people... Just get rid of all the warning labels...
If you find my comments to "infer" something, they don't. Go to hell.

You know you drive an xj when you can feel what speed your driving at on the highway by the way the steering wheel shakes

...when you show up with a group, having various vehicles, and they all agree that you should see if the trail is passable
