when you roll up muddy to the the brad paisley and blake shelton concert and every single person that goes by the jeep stops and says who's is this? was it clean before you drove it into the mud? oh thats f'in awesome by the way

Pics? My cousin had a recliner and a big Craftsman toolbox on a little cargo rack behind his ZJ that he was taking to put in his duplex he's renting. They looked like they were just hovering there. He got some funny looks from people passing him on the four-lane. No pics of it tho.

When you find something new that needs to get fixed every week but its still totally worth it

When you pull up next to a young guy in a honda driving down the road and holler out the window "hey, your wheels are turning" and he pulls over to check.....Ok, that has nothing to do with an xj but it's still fun.

Your rear hatch getting unreliable is a sign of pride.

You tell someone that your jeep is mint and then mention
- Tail lights don't always work
- Makes a funny clunk noise
- Overheats on trails
- Rear brakes don't work
- Doesn't start if you shut it off hot

When partaking in a massive rebuild like I have, you know the only stuff you havent made better,stronger, more reliable. Is the stuff thats gonna be really expensive when it breaks.

like the motor / tranny/ transfercase lol
