Not my jeep but just to speculate, winch and tow points are quite obviously for recovery, both are needed, front hitch could be for a light duty snowplow (many use a front hitch). I know of guys with front hitches they use to lauch and retrieve boats. It gives much better visibility. If someone paid money for it there is likekly a reason.

Here are some pics from my first wheelin trip with the new lift on. I just wish there was more mud. Me and one of my friends drove around his property looking for something to get stuck in, but didn't find anything. We even went to a place where a trailer park is being built and abunch of people drive there 4 wheelers, It is all dirt, we were hoping to find mud but didn't. No pics of that part of the trip though

Minor flex shot

Small hill off to the side of his shop. It was kinda wet, but not muddy, I clawed my way up in 2wd, but 4wd was a breeze.

At Uwharrie National Forest this weekend:

My buddies YJ. He impressed all day climbing things no one thought he'd be able to.

Aside from crumpling my front bumper, and ripping my muffler halfway off (quick trail repair) we didn't suffer any major problems. Can't wait to go back!

Here are a couple of Jarod (not on here). Didn't get many of him...he was usually to far away....like when he wandered off from the herd and got himself stuck.

Here are some pictures of the Unimog. When he is in 4Low and in 2nd gear at redline you can still walk faster than it will move. It was originally used at an airport for cleaning the runways with one of those big brushes on the front.

Couple more of the Unimog...just because it is cool.

Had to get the winch out and test it at least once. Good thing it works because I dont think anyone in the group had enough traction to pull it out of the ravine it was in.

Unimogs are absolutely great! The only problem is when you get yourself in trouble with one (ie. get stuck), you need an another to pull you out
