Nothing major, just wanted to get her out sinse the rock rail install and hitch. Much stiffer than expected. I would normally get a lot more complaining from the rear hatch and the doors. No noises this time. I did end up with less flex than usual, not sure if it was the stiffness of the body or not. You'd think it wouldn't have mattered.

couple more

Some shots of the rail mounts. Notice the rear torque box tie in bolt on the second pic.

A liitle mud before I left. It's been too dry for any deep stuff, so just what I could find. I did this at the end of my trip. I did the disco's first, I hate dealing with mud.

Got morein the engine compartment than I would have thought. The Air filter wasn't really all that dirty at all. I guess that muffler shield sits just high enough against the hood.

Here's the gauge layout. Water temp on top, trans on bottom. Also the aviator switches for the front lights. Coffee cup holder by the shifter, and a ZJ handle to clear the cup when it's in place. I need my coffee, I work graveyard.

Got it off of eBay, it was made for a 2002 Chevy full size 1500 pickup and redrilled the mounting brackets to make it work. It is a Land Master brand bull bar and you can still get them but the design has changed a little bit. Here is a couple links that might help...

I hate to disagree but actually from what I can tell from his pics in the "Rear coilover conversion" thread, Will has no sway bars.... Sorry Heavy.

Wil Badgers Jeep is pretty awsome. When you see it up close though you kinda cant help but feel just a bit sorry for it. This poor Jeep doesnt know what rock rails are. Poor thing looks like a shark tried to chew on it in some places. Still though, the setup he has is pretty awsome and makes you feel pretty inadequate...
