Nothing in those pictures would make anyone flex, all four tires were in relatively the same plane, so there is going to be no articulation.

Hard to tell by the images, but the rig ahead of me was properly flexed in the same location. Issuse is/was with the LCA mounts. The long arms were hitting them and not travelling as they should. Problem solved now.

You are not getting any flex because even though you have the jeep on a tilt, the ground it is sitting on is for the most part flat. You need to get a wheel up on a rock or if you approached that from the side, (diagonally) one tire would have lifted a bit.
