XJ feels huge.

I was just driving around in my XJ today. It's got about 4.5'' of lift, 32sx10.50s. It was my first Jeep, and I daily drove it for about a year before I lifted it, and for about two years since. I just bought a TJ for daily driving, so I can turn the XJ into a trail rig. My TJ has stock suspension with 31x10.50s. I just could help but to notice today after not having driven the Cherokee for a few weeks, that it feels soooo massive compared to the TJ. Not complaining, I just always felt like my cherokee was smaller than even most stock trucks, but it felt big. Just an observation.

I always get that feeling after I have been on a wheel-n trip for several days where the TJ is the only thing I have driven for a few days, then I hop into the tow rig, pulling the trailer for the trip home..... it takes a little while to get use to the size/weight differences.

My two rigs are a stock XJ and an 87 Silverado longbed on 35s. Easy guess there which one feels huge.

My build thread has pics again. http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f177/kevin108s-2000-xj-build-867428/

Jeez, I bet that's a fun transition. My fiancÚ drives a stock wk, but that doesn't feel big when I drive. My dad also has an f350 with a 6 inch lift and 37s, and that thing is maaaaaasssssssive!

I go from a 5" lifted XJ on 35's to a lowered BMW. The transition is pretty drastic. BMW feels like a go-kart after a weekend of wheeling.

And yeah, my Jeep is about the same size as my Dad's '04 F150 now.

Almost same situation... I go from literally climbing into my TJ on 35s to being lowered into my Sport edition Audi A4. It really throws the senses off.

Different sized vehicles never mess me up too badly. What always gets me is driving a manual transmission then getting in an automatic. The weirdest is probably going from something with 3 on the tree to a column shifted auto.

Used to switch off between a Miata and my xj on 33s. Sold the Miata, I miss it it really was a go-cart.

I go from my 5" lifted XJ on 31s (soon to be 33s) to our Impreza RS with STI suspension (lowered)... it's a pretty noticeable difference! Driving either of the Subarus around after being in the Jeep just feels weird
