womp womp womp?

So there is a relatively new sound that has been coming from my jeep whenever I'm moving relatively slowly, like driving through a parking lot. It's sort of a "womp womp womp" sound, and it sounds like something is rattling. It seems to stop when i apply the brakes at all, which makes me think it could be a brake problem. It seems to go away at higher speeds (or at least I can't hear it over the hum of my tires). I plan on having the alignment checked this week anyway, so if it's that, it should clear it up.

It's definitely not a bearing, I jacked up the front and rear and turned the tires by hand, as well as the shop I brought it to a few months ago did another test and said it wasn't a bearing... They said the noise was from my tires, but the rattling is what's really confusing me, and the fact that the noise pretty much stops with any application of the brakes. And you can still distinguish the tire hum from the womp womp womp sound....

any ideas?

Any vibration through the rear or the front wheels when you hear the noise? I had a similar issue years ago...one of my tires had tossed a belt, and it was literally coming apart at the seams. Was hard to see as it was on the inside of the tire.

Other than that, I don't know what to suggest?

I HOPE its not a tire having lost a belt, since these tires are less than a year old...

I'm planning to drive my jeep home from St. Louis back to Dallas on Friday. Ive done this drive 3 times already with this noise and no problems (other than my fuel filter getting clogged once, but I took care of that immediately) I just figured Id ask to see if its anything I should be concerned about / if it's an easy fix since it's kind of annoying
