I'm thinking not.
5 on 4.5 for the XJ and 5 on 5 for the WJ.

Bingo.

Compatible wheels for you include YJ, MJ, XJ, TJ, KJ, KJ, LJ (TJ-U), KK, and some Ford Ranger/Maza B-series rims. All 5 on 4.5"

Jeep switched to 5 on 5" with the WJ and then the JK.

Dunno about Patriot and Compass.

Dodge Dakota rims up to 1991 (not including 91) will fit as well.

You can by adapters if you're really into those rims though.

Of course if one were to buy adapters, remember to check torque on them regularly. IMHO not really worth the cost of those plus rims, the combo can usually end up being the same as rims of the type you wanted in the first place.

Unless you were using free JK rims or something.

True, but I'm very picky about rims and usually prefer stock style or similar to stock style rims which often aren't available offset enough to go with bigger tires. Spacers are no different than aluminum rims, just retorque 100 miles after install and there's rarely a problem.

ZJ rims will indeed swap onto an XJ.
