My jeep seems to have like a foggy mist come out of my air conditioning vents even when they arnt on what could this be?

First do all of us a favor and fill out your profile so we have an idea of what model jeep your talking about. Does it have a smell to it? Also is it continuous or only when you first turn the AC on, how about when the heats on?

When I start my car and I drive on the highway about 8 minutes of driving it just starts to fog and it smells dense I don't know any other way to describe it and then mabe 4 minutes after it starts to die down a little but still have a little fog

Also my AC is not flowing I have it off but the mist like seeps out

Does it feel oily to the touch? You may have a small heater core leak.

Also has a bit of an oily feeling to you but not super oily I just can't tell sometimes it will stick to my windows like makes everything super thick

Could be condensation, has it been very humid where you live?

I live in Montana -_- no humidity and it only happens for a bit and goes away
