I wanted to know what kinda gas mileage you all are achieving...

There are a zillion threads on this. A quick search within the Cherokee forums you will see them.

I personally get between 17-20 in my XJ

My old '87 Comanche was as barebones as they came, was 2wd and had a 5-speed and the most I ever saw was 21-22mpg on the highway.

No way a '95 4wd 4.0HO is getting anywhere near 27mpg

I get around 21-22 on the highway and around 18 in town if I am easy on the pedal, if not then 15-16 lol
