heck i'd drive that thing!!! who wouldnt? ..quit raggin on the guy. and maybe the rear control arms are there because he use to have axle wrap. thats what happens when u have leafs with big blocks...especially when you tow something.. looks like the front end is pretty legit

The long arms in the back do have a purpose. They are traction bars to stop the rear axle rap from the stacked blocks he is running.

and t bird u might wanna drive that, but imo the thing is tacky....and wouldnt even perform well off road. so its just a giant poser , a sheep in wolves clothing. plus he wants 20k? those blocks would cause too many problems. |

Agreed big time waste of money. If he ever did try to wheel that thing its not going to flex at all and its going to flop every 5 mins. haha

People should stop hating on blocks. Putting a good set that isn't too large underneath a nice set of leafs isn't a sacrilege.

Im curious as to why you think they are so dumb. Yes, his mounting them under the frame is not the best location for a rock crawler but for a street queen, meh. Other then the sketch Skycrapper front truss setup, and the semi sketchy trackbar mount off of it, it seems like a fairly nice mall crawler. Not worth $20k, but Im sure some idiot will buy it for $15k. I take it all of you block haters have never looked under most full size trucks. Factory blocks ![]() Yes, 4'' aluminum blocks on stock leaf springs are dumb, but steel blocks and a traction bar are fine in my book. btw, rear "long arms" are on my list of modifications ![]()

x2. rear traction bars do serve a purpose, a pretty useful one on many rigs. just because you think they are stupid doesnt mean they are. there are a lot of really nice builds on pirate and i feel that if some of those really nice builds, which are functional, have a certain set-up, that its fair to call it useful and effective.
