I just got mine back from having the header assembly installed, boy is it quiet now, just a nice low volume purr from the tailpipe.

Once I get the magnaflow cat I ordered welded in, she'll be all sorts of legal... unless something else breaks...

Put in the $50 stereo deck so there wouldn't be a large hole in my dash when being sold.

New Mexico Driving Rules...

As a general rule, the vehicle most in need of a significant amount of bodywork (for which the driver is most likely uninsured) always has the right of way.
Never use directional signals when changing lanes. They only serve to give away your next move, causing most NM drivers to speed up and not let you in. In fact, use of directional signals within most large NM city limits is actual illegal.
NM law states that at least 50% of all paved surfaces within the state must be under construction at any one time. In all construction zones, at least half of the available lanes must be closed, regardless of whether any actual construction is be accomplished or not. Construction signs shall be regularly repositioned in order to warn drivers about upcoming lane closures immediately after they pass the last exit before traffic backups.

Driving through constructions zones with upcoming lane closures is a popular game in NM. Itís called the "speed up and pass as many cars as you can, then see how close to the lane closure you can squeeze back into traffic before hitting any of the orange construction barrels" game.
Not a thing. Sigh. I haven't done anything to my Jeep since replacing the A/C compressor a month back. Money is a *****.

Parked it at a gas station and helped a guy push his YJ out of an intersection.

My Jeep got spoiled today. Full tune up for the first time in its life and it has 170xxx miles on it. I was surprised it was still running, gotta love the 4.0ls. New cap, rotor, wires, plugs and air filter. And before I did all this I decided to clean the throttle body and it was very dirty. Now this thing has a lot of power.

I also changed the rear extension seal, now the Jeep doesn't leak any fluid.

Nothing much to the jeep today. But I did the easiest mod ever. Bent one of the tabs on the fog relay, so now they stay on when the high beams are on. Illegal, but I never use my highbeams near other cars.
