Id have to examine the plastic part around the nozzles where they seat in the manifold. I know the model #'s are different between 97 and 98 from some searching on here. Slightly different plugs is the biggest difference.

I see the '98+ has a 'wind break' , where the OEM has none . I'm guessing the break allows the smaller streams of fuel to get farther into the air stream before being sucked side way , producing a better mix by the time it hits the combustion chamber .

My bud swung by the house in his WJ last night so we headed back behind the house for a little night ride.

Yeah , I figured you just pulled it out from under the seat to see how it fit .

Have you even tried moving a trailer hooked to the front bumper ? A whole new experience .

Washed all the cement like mud off it. Then found a WJ on 37s I wanted. Tempting...

I did the injector swap for some reman'ed ones from Ebay too. I haven't noticed any difference at all. The MPG still sucks and hasn't changed. Idle and throttle response seem no different either. As for heat soak, it still happens but not as often. I didn't put the insulation back on my new injectors though so that may be part of it.

No lol but i bet its fun. I opted for the front receiver so i can push and pull stuff around, and have a additional front recovery point, which i could someday put a winch on.
