Not off hand but you basically just cut the bottom portion of the hinge with a dremel with reinforced cut off wheels, you'll go through a bunch of them. It's a ***** to fit in there but it does. It's hard to get the last of the hinge cut but if you have an air hammer it will knock them out real quick once they're cut most the way through.

Other than that it may be a ***** to get them off since they've been in so long. I stuck a bottle jack under mine and after a couple pumps the doors popped out. Drill the holes out on the hinges slightly so they're easier to get out next time and lube them as well. Air hammer helps a lot for the passenger side too since they're pressed in from the bottom and you'll have to take them all the way out the door and put them in from the top. You can weld them but on the two XJs I've done it on I've found that it was snug enough around the pins that it wasn't needed. I just flipped the hole piece over and stuck it in lol

You can get a torx bit for the bolts and cut it down to fit in a box wrench but unbolting them is an unnecessary hassle imo. I'd also cut the top hinge pins down some. The doors are fairly heavy and they tend to want to slip into the bottom holes before you get the top ones lines up so it's nice if the top ones are short enough to maneuver in after the bottoms are already in place.

Actually cutting the hinges with them in place is the hard part, it's pretty obvious what you need to do from there though.

ordered new leafs for the rear of my 99 because mine have no arch left. will probably have to use spacers or new coils to get it to set level but one thing at a time!

I have the same problem on my RCX track bar but instead of replacing the threaded rod end I am going to get a double shear unit once I get some spare cash.

I am still trying to figure out if it works with the RCX track bar but cant find anyone on google that has done the conversion. Just people converting Rusty's track bars....
