Oh I just noticed your deleted posts, I believe this guy believes a certain age makes you a man. I'm doing pretty well and I'm not the only one that feels this way. I know kids that have had to grow up and become med because they didn't have dads and their moms worked multiple jobs to support their family. I don't want to get in to this back and forth on this forum but these people don't know a thing about me or what I'm doing with my life. That being said I bought a few more tools for it but I'm too sick to get out in this (Florida cold) to mess with it
dude if i had some florida cold , so much **** would be getting done atm

Not to b a dic* but I'm glad someone knows the pain and aggro I went thru. And no not the same motor. I had a 98 w 200k when it blew just doin 70mph down the highway. Got a 96 mail xj w 147k on it frame rotted an tranny rebuilt 3 times. Motor was really strong and purred. 300$ for motor and I switched rhd brackets around changed all electrical connections and distributor. Runs awesome. Like a new xj. Couldn't smile bigger at this point although all said and done w lots of new parts ( I kept breakin stuff ) I'm 1000$ deep but runs smooth. New Wcylinders and braided B lines just came in mail.
Please enjoy my excitement while it lasts haha.
And thanks again to all who gave advice def couldn't have done it wout everyone helping
No offense taken man. At least yours is going. Mine still needs all kinds ok ****. I'll have all the updates in my build thread just soon as I get done moving.
Today my airbag light came on, and then it went off a few minutes later...
I was thinking clockspring, but my horn still worked while the light was on. Checked the fuses and they all seemed good. Might be a problem in my wiring since it came on after I turned the wheel.
Nope, that's the clockspring. My horn still worked for a while while my clockspring was going out (intermittent airbag light). Only came on during left turns for a few weeks.
