dropped the front axle off at the shop to get the gears installed swapping it in next week!

Acquiring front driveshaft, front axle shafts, and tcase for free, all i have to do is pull them out

Holy spare parts

So many people to thank here's a start to the list
Spidertrax, Yukon, rustys, warn, branik, PSC, advance adapters, Bad wheels, interco, essentially off-road. And many more

Most of all thanks too Ian Johnson and the xtreme off-road crew for all their work, and 4 wheel to heal for their part in it too.

Or it could turn out that it was my brother who looked at the stuff who has no mechanical skills and somehow interpreted some oil specks on the rear hatch and condensation dripping from the exhaust pipe as "coolant puking from the exhaust"
haha
My mom has mechanical skills so I thought she was the one that looked at it.
Apparently it was my brother.
Well thats good I guess.
I am never letting my brother near my jeep.
Last time he was 'helping' he put a ugly circular scratch in my hood.

And these things aren't cheap either, my dad is employed as a full time mechanic working on these, avgas is over 6 a gallon, parts are very hard and expensive to get and a quality overhaul for a Merlin engine is 150 grand and no one can do the griffon.
And the mustang eats 64 gallons a hour at cruise speed and the spit is over 80.
Not enough of the griffon spits made for people to want to work on them? I would love to touch one, they make well over 2000 horsepower right? Big v12 if I say so myself. Of course you can't expect good fuel economy with an engine that has a displacement of half my gas tank.

Of course don't they soup up those mustang merlins for racing nowadays?

Nope, the switch itself is the at fault usually, this splice merely bypasses it. You could get a toggle switch and wire it in I suppose if you really need the lock switch (or get a new switch panel of course).

Hey Man,
I am looking for some headrests and brackets out of the front seats? I want to do the back seat headrest mod for my kids. If they are available, and you feel like cutting the brackets out of the seats for me I will pay you a couple bucks for your time and for shipping?

Let me know via PM.
