Holy quote of pics from a long time ago. I wonder if the goldfish are still alive in the passenger foot well

Or were those Cheesy Poofs?

Removed my fuel rail and all my injectors. Ill be replacing them tomorrow with some new Mustang 19# compared to the original 18.6 injectors.

Heres what 20 years does to an injector. See the rusted spot is where the gas has been leaking from the plastic area.

I brought my Power door looks and windows back to life, good as new now. Original owner said they hadn’t worked in over 5 years.

Thanks Greg Smith for your write up on NAXJA

Damn dude, I had a set of those wheels for sale very cheap. They look great with the KM2's though. I'm guessing you only got them in 2 at a time? I just barely stuffed a full set of 32x10.5" wheels and tires in the back of my Jeep. Looking good though, didn't you just put in some new axles or something?

I'll be working on my rig all saturday. You can see what is going on in my sig

nope, i got 4 in the back of the xj. i had a friend swing by the store where i got 'em and loaded the 5th in the back of his subi. had i really really really needed to, i could have gotten the 5th in.

i took the bottom of the back seat out so that gave me an extra 4 or 5 inches and i pushed my pass. side seat all of the way forward and sat the back straight up (not reclined). 2 tires laid down and pushed all the way forward on the passenger's side. 1 tire laying /-ways on the driver's side of that. and the 5th and final one also laying /-ways behind the 2 that were laying flat.

the last time i picked up my old 35 mt's, i was able to get 3 laying flat on top of each other. so i could have done that again, but i didn't want to push and haul on 'em so just dumped the 5th in the friend's subi.

edit: i would have had even more room had i remembered to take my white jeep's spare tire out before i left

axles: the 8.8 is in and i'm working on a different d30 with some small amounts of beefing up to go in this winter.

I finally started my rocker protection project. I picked up some spray bedliner from WalMart called plastikote. Did a bit of mild sanding with 100 grit paper prior to spraying, and one quick coat did a very good job. It dried very fast, too. I plan on doing a write-up later when I compare herculiner, duplicolor, and this plastikote side-by-side.

Fixed the evaporator line I drilled through putting the harnesses in, put some Lucas 85/140 in the diffs, and started re-working my shackle drop brackets...turns out the holes are too far forward. Flexes good, but the shackles don't spring back up, they go flat and stay
