Been workin' like mad on the xj the last week or so. It never fails just when you think you're done....you can find a million other things to do. Put the hack n tap on. Made some shackle drop brackets (courtesy of EricsXJ) and put those on. Noticed the end was sagging about a 1/2 inch, so I picked up some 1" blocks and longer U'ies and bolted that in. Raised the rear up really good, and then started to cut the fenders out so I can stuff the 36's. Overall it's going to give me another 2 or so inches of up and 3 or so down travel from where it was before. Also working on some A-pillar guards, will get some pics of those tomorrow as I get more done.

today i changed all of my u joints to greasables, did my home made TC drop, changed my diff fluid front and rear, and filled the TC and tranny.(by the way, thank god for my torch...i might have never gotten the old u joints out without it.)
Washed her today, and on my way home stopped at a local used lot and test drove a 98 two door w/ a 5 speed.
160K, they want $3,700 for it. I am not really in the market for a new XJ, but had to drive it just because it had the 5 speed.
