Swaybar will be going back on tomm with some beef hopefully!!

I need to do something like this as well, for the same reasons lol. I dont think it handles poorly with no sway but I cant say Id feel comfortable sending my wife down a 55mph county road.

Be sure to post up the finished product!

Updatezzz!!!

New calipers and deiver knuckle since someone stripped the treads on one bolt, New gauges that all work, and my sway bar with poly bushings and discos i built back on. Oh the roof rack came off also.

Lookin good!! I need to build some disco's like that, how much $$ are you into that setup?

And how much trouble was it welding the replacement rockers in to the thin metal? Thats my next task and Im dreading it. Any tips would be great, Im worried about warping **** up with too much heat.

Not too much, got a lot from work.

Key on controling heat is do sections, weld 2-4" at the front then jump to the back. I welded angle on the thin **** then made all of my bracing take the support.
